An adaptation of Sax Rohmer's novel, Daughter of Fu Manchu, "Daughter of the Dragon" (1931) was directed by Lloyd Corrigan, and featured Anna May Wong as Princess Ling Moy, Warner Oland as Dr. Fu Manchu, and Sessue Hayakawa as Ah Kee. Princess Ling Moy lives next door to Dr. Fu Manchu, and is romantically involved with Ah Kee, a secret agent determined to thwart Fu Manchu. It is later revealed that Fu Manchu is Ling Moy's father.
